QUICKLY ENTER DATA INTO MULTIPLE CELLS

I came across a trick in Chandoo.org about quickly entering data into multiple cells. For example, if you have a rota and you need to enter a name in multiple locations, this trick is really useful.

There is no practice file for this but I do suggest you open a new file in Excel and try it out.
